By using this web site you agree, understand and accept to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1: Whether you provide your contact details and details of your particular plumbing issue or other problem to us by telephone, email, through our web sites, plumber-dublin.ie or dublinplumberscoop.ie, or otherwise, you give us your permission to pass these details onto an available plumber or tradesman for the purpose of them contacting you.

2: You are employing an independent plumber or tradesman directly and NOT Dublin Plumbers Co-op and any work or repairs carried out is strictly a matter between you and the plumber or tradesman and any dispute(s) or claim(s) whatsoever is strictly a matter between you and the plumber or tradesman you employ and you agree not to hold Dublin Plumbers Co-op or it’s owners responsible for any work, damage, disputes or claims of any kind that may arise.

3: Every plumber charges a minimum one hour fee per visit which varies dependent on if it is a weekday or weekend call out and also the time of day or night you ask a plumber or tradesman to call out to you. The relevant plumber or tradesman will agree this fee with you in advance before you request them to call out to you.

4: You agree that all payments are to be paid directly to the plumber or tradesman who will be carrying out the work for you and that your contract is strictly between you and the relevant plumber or tradesman and NOT Dublin Plumbers Co-op or it’s owners.

5: Dublin Plumbers Co-op will make all responsible attempts to check each plumber and their stated qualifications, trade insurance and memberships to trade organisations and bodies but as the personal circumstances of each plumber may change from time to time, we strongly urge you to carry out your own checks by asking the plumber directly before they do any work for you for details of their qualifications, trade insurance, work experience, membership to any relevant trade organisation and if you require any work that is gas related, check their RGI membership status on the www.rgii.ie web site. If you require an electrician, check they are a Registered Electrical Contractor on the www.safeelectric.ie web site. All of these checks are quick and easy to make but so important so we again strongly urge you to carry out your own checks before any work starts.

6: These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
