Couldn’t be happier with the service provided. They didn’t just send out a plumber rather diagnosed the issue over the phone, realized what we needed was a pump repair specialist and got one out to us in 24hrs. He repaired the pump in 15 mins and we were charged 500 less than we’d been quoted by other companies. HIGHLY recommend Patrick and the team. I had an emergency leak on a pipe to a cistern, the thread on the pipe was gone and water was beginning to come through the ceiling downstairs. I was talked through on the phone how to turn off the water supply while a plumber was sent to fix the pipe. He had everything working again within the hour.

My shower pump stopped working. I had called out another plumber and he said the pump needed to be replaced and quote me almost €1000 to replace it. I decided to get a second opinion so I searched Google and came across these guys. I spoke to a very helpful guy called Patrick on the phone and I told him that another plumber said my pump needed to be replaced and that I would like a second opinion. Patrick asked me if the pump was leaking and I said no. He then said it is most likely the pump may not need to be replaced but he obviously couldn’t guarantee this without their pump expert examining my pump. When their pump guy called, he worked on the pump for about 15 minutes and he said the pump did not have to be replaced and it was repairable. The pcb and capacitor parts needed to be replaced. I was expecting he would have to go get the parts and call back the next day but I was wrong. He advised me he stocks multiple spare parts for pumps and he could repair the pump now. Within 30 minutes my pump was up and running again without having to replace it. I saved €100’s by using these guys. I am so thankful to them and I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Thank you once again for not only an excellent service, but also for being so honest.

l rang Patrick with an issue with a water leak and he was very professional on the phone. He sent a Plumber out the next day to fix the problem. The plumber was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Patrick called me after to explain what the issue was and how the plumber fix the problem. I would have no problem recommending Dublin Plumbers Co op to anyone.

Was let down by another plumber and called these guys at the last minute. I was having a new kitchen installed and needed a plumber ASAP to do some plumbing and these guys stepped in and done a great job. Thumbs up to you boys. Highly recommended!
