I contacted Patrick yesterday afternoon to look at and advise on a ceiling leak in a basement flat.
The tenant was understandably upset as the problem appeared to be reoccurring.
Patrick called within the hour located and fixed the problem (which actually was minor)sorted it out and charged us the minimum hourly rate.
I would highly recommend the Dublin Plumbers Co Op for their integrity, professionalism and value for money.
Although the job was small they did not attempt to escalate it.
