The water pump in our apartment burned out leaving us with no hot water / no water for bathroom / toilets. Patrick was able to diagnose problem over the phone / using videos in WhatsApp and was able to organise a plumber to come over to us the same day to install a brand new pump. All while maintaining safe social distancing and taking precautions with cleanliness/contact of surfaces to prevent spread of Covid-19. Both Patrick and the other plumber did a great job , they went above and beyond in terms of advice and helpfulness. Very reasonable pricing too. Highly recommended.

Just to say thank you for your call out at 1.10am… Engineer was friendly and stopped a possible Flood of our property… While the call out was basically in the middle of the night 1.10am, I did think the charge was a bit steep.. I would recommend this company though for reliability and the fact that someone answered the Phone at just after midnight.. Many Thanks again

Hi Patrick, I just wanted to send you a quick message to thank you so, so much for fixing my heating problem over the phone. I rang these guys on Saturday night when my gas boiler stopped working and was showing an error code. Patrick was so helpful and polite on the phone. He said he might be able to help me fix the problem myself without having to send out a plumber. He asked me a few questions and then suggested something that might fix my boiler problem. He told me how to reset my boiler and it worked. Straightaway my boiler came back to life. Amazing service. Although I never actually had anyone call out to me, the fact that these guys took the time to answer the phone on a Saturday night and then helped me fix the problem myself over the phone was simply amazing. Goes to show you that there are still some plumbers who are not trying to earn money for simple fixes. I would highly recommend these!
