Patrick & Mick sorted out our broken immersion system the same day I called them. We were without hot water for previous 3 days and couldn’t get a plumber. Fitted us in straight away even though they were very busy. Professional from start to finish and so obliging. Would definitely recommend.

This service was excellent. Got through straight away on phone and plumber was out that afternoon. It was very efficient to send pic of tap thru first, then got an assessment over the phone. I decided to get a new tap also and the plumber sent me pics of tap options for me to choose. The cost was the labour up to 1 hour plus price of tap. All very upfront about costs before making commitment. Plumber also wore a mask given Covid-19 considerations. Very happy with service and our new tap!

This might seem a strange customer review because I did not have a plumber call out to me but they managed to fix my problem over the phone free of charge. I rang this company yesterday (Sunday 12th July) because I had no water in my bathroom and I could not shower or use the toilet. I spoke to a guy called Patrick and he was so understanding and helpful. He was able to establish that the problem was with my water pump. He said he might be able to help me fix the problem over the phone. He got me to carry out a couple of things and my pump started working again. He fixed it free of charge over the phone. Great service and I will definiately use when I need a plumber to callout. Thank you once again Patrick for your help.
